How long does the process take?
It usually takes about 2 weeks from start to finish. We normally deliver your incorporation documents to the Secretary of State office the next business day after we receive your information and payment. The State tries to file it within five business days but has been running more than that. They mail the documents back to us. We email you PDFs of the documents as soon as we get them and mail out the originals.
Can I expedite it?
No, Wyoming does not offer any expedited service.
Does $199 include everything?
Yes, $199 includes the registered agent fee, the Wyoming State fee, and filing. There are not any additional charges for the basic corporation or LLC.
What are the fees after the first year?
Each year on the corporations anniversary, a $50 annual report fee goes to the State ($52 if paid by credit card) and a Registered agent fee of $99. Total yearly fee – $149.
Mail Forwarding – Is mail forwarding available to anyone even if they are not a client of Wyoming EZ Corp?
Yes, anyone can purchase mail forwarding. You do not even need a corporation.
Mail Forwarding – Can I just have mail forwarded monthly or weekly at a lower cost?
No, we only do daily forwarding to keep it simple for staff.
Mail Forwarding – Is postage extra?
Our mail forwarding includes up to $40 of postage each year. If your mailings during the year add up to over $40, we bill you additional postage.

Yes, we have attorneys, law firms, CPAs and other professionals from New York to California, Mexico and Canada using our service for their clients.
Can Shell Corporations Name be Changed?
Yes, name changes take about two and a half weeks and the State charges $50. We will not charge to file the application.
Can a corporate address be changed?
Yes, There is a simple form to update the address of a corporation. There is no charge.
What are the banks where you can open a checking account for the corporation?
We can only open checking accounts at Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America. Other Banks will not allow us to open an account here and you sign the signature papers in another State.
Do I have to have a checking account in Wyoming?
No, you are free to open an account in any state and any bank you choose.
Do I need an EIN for the corporation and can you get it for me?
Yes, you will need an EIN. No, we cannot get it for you. The IRS wants the person responsible for filing the tax returns to apply for the EIN.
Do you offer discounts for multiple corporations or LLCs?
No, sorry but our prices are so low we cannot discount any further. Professionals that form hundreds of corporations a year with us pay the same low fee that you do.
